Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
