Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Foods Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with sanitation schedules.
