Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Mill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Orlando with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
