Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Freight Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We reward reliability. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for proof of delivery and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
