Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Summit Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
