Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Clear Inspection Services is an inspection company in Oklahoma City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
