Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is a Oklahoma City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
