Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
