Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Farms Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
