Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Cedar Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
