Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
