Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Madison, WI)

Redstone Hollow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Madison, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
