Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
