Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
