Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
