Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Quarry Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
