Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Holdings is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 878 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling.
