Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Kestrel Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
