Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Amber Construction Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders.
