Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
