Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Glen Energy is an energy provider in Grand Rapids focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
