Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Wren Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
