Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Fort Worth design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
