Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Summit Construction is a Fort Worth contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
