Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Ashton Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
