Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Clear Foods produces packaged foods at its Fort Worth plant. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
