Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
