Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Corner Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Des Moines, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
