Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Denver, CO)

Silverline Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
