Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Clear Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We reward reliability. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
