Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
