Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Works supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
