Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Rowan Facilities Group is a facilities company in Cleveland with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 219 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
