Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Fern Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 459 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
