Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Meadow Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
