Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Maple Construction is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
