Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Forge Environmental Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
