Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Clear Freight Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 209 people based in Boise. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer tracking.
