Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Boise, ID)

Redstone Harbor Energy Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
