Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
