Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Boise, ID)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners is an energy provider in Boise focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
