Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Boise, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
