Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
