Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Austin region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 746 people based in Austin. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
