Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Energy and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
