Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Stone Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Atlanta region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
