Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
