Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
