Silverline Granite Staffing is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
