Harborlight Vista Staffing is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
